Darren Websters Grand Slam campaign finished at the last 16 stage when he was defeated by 16 times world champion Phil Taylor 10-4. Webster started well holding his own with the darting legend. However after going into the first break 3-2 down Taylor pulled away to run out a convincing winner. Webster will now move onto the popular Players Championship Finals which starts this Friday ( 24th November ). Last year world number 24 Webster was sensational at Butlins reaching the semi finals and will be hoping to go one better in 2017.
