Stoke’s World Championship finalist Andy Hamilton put paid to fellow Premier League player Wes Newton’s title hopes by defeating him 7- 5 in last night’s “Judgement Night” Premier League Match at the Brighton Centre. Newton who joined former Premier League Champion Gary Anderson in the relegation position will have enjoyed his time in this year’s Premier league. Hamilton will now move forward into the final 5 weeks along with Phil Taylor, Raymond Barneveld, Micheal Van Gerwin, James Wade, Robert Thornton, Simon Whitlock and Adrian Lewis to decide the 2013 McCoy’s Premier League.
