Darren Webster started 2020 off in far better shape than he did in 2019. The Norwich man had been carrying an injury for 10 months of last year, however  since a long treatment process he now looks to be throwing with far more confidence. Playing his first tournament of 2020, the Players Championship Qualifier 1, Darren beat world number 11 Ian White, 2 time BDO champion Scott Waites and Kapel Sedlacek, before losing 4-1 to 2 time world champion Adrian Lewis. Theres a long way to go before the Players Championship Finals in November but Webster looks a far better player than he did for most of 2019.
